How It Works
The Heroes Of Woodstock download center is very simple and easy to use.
Free Mp3s
You do not need to register to receive your free mp3 files. Whilst we will endeavour to get the mp3 files up the day after the show, this may take up to a week and is dependent on available internet access on the tour. They will be made available at the earliest possible opportunity, and will me made available for three days - accessible by the pass code that is given out at the gig - after which they will be replaced with the FLAC high quality audio format which is only available as a paid download. If they are not available at the time you check the site please keep checking back. Status messages will be posted on the home page regarding timings of when files will be available.
Please note: We are unable to supply any further pass codes. They are only given out at the gigs.
FLAC High quality audio downloads
First ensure that you have registered with us and received your confirmation email. This is important as your download links will be emailed to you on this email address - although they will be displayed on screen when your download payment has been confirmed. Once registered you will be able to browse all of the available FLAC high quality shows and can simply add downloads to your shopping cart as you browse.
When you have added all the shows that you want to buy click on the Place Order button to go to the checkout. Payments must be made by paypal. If you don't have an account with Paypal you will need to sign up for one, and will be prompted to do this at the time. You can of course set up a paypal account in advance at www.paypal.com.
Please note: If you don't have a paypal account it is very straight forward to sign up for one. You do not need to transfer funds to it, merely enter your card details. It is very little different to paying by card online, except that Paypal act as a middle man in the transaction.
Once you've been through the checkout at paypal you'll be redirected automatically to the Heroes Of Woodstock download center and you'll receive your download links, which will also be sent to the email address that you signed up with. The download links will be active for three days which should be plenty of time for you to access your downloads. Downloads will only be available to users who are logged into the download center at the time.
